This full-time Senior Conversational Bot Engineer position requires 5+ years of experience and focuses on Global Markets applications. You will train and tune bots using historical conversation data, refine training phrases, and improve intent classification, entity extraction, and response quality. The work also includes defining application requirements with business partners.
