This hands-on senior engineering role delivers AI-powered capabilities across Secure Fleet’s product portfolio. You will apply generative AI, deep learning, computer vision, and workflow orchestration to product challenges. The position also uses AI-Native Engineering, coding agents, Spec-Driven Development, and automation to support quality and secure delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Design and deploy scalable, secure AI features
Build backend services and APIs for AI capabilities
Apply LLMs, RAG, agents, and machine learning
Implement AI evaluation, monitoring,



and optimization
Collaborate on architecture, reviews, and technical decisions
Requirements: Six or more years of software engineering experience
Production experience developing and deploying AI applications
Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG, and AI agents
Backend, API, and cloud development experience
Experience with AI coding agents and Spec-Driven Development
