This Software Development Manager pipeline supports product and platform teams across MaintainX. You may lead Identity and Access Management, Reporting, or Search engineering. The position combines people leadership with system design, project management, hiring, coaching, and partnership with Product Managers and Designers.

Own quality and reliability across your team's systems
Set expectations and provide ongoing feedback
Interview candidates and help raise the talent bar
Report team impact, progress, and risks to leadership
Requirements: Two to three years leading teams that ship
Robust technical foundation in system design

Experience solving problems and managing projects
