Lead cybersecurity monitoring and incident response as BDO’s Senior Manager, Security Operations, using a blended office, client-site, and virtual work model.
This senior leadership role oversees BDO’s security operations function and protects systems, data, and digital assets. You will direct threat detection, operational risk reduction, response capabilities, and security service delivery. The position also leads security professionals and partners with technology and business teams.
Key Responsibilities: Establish security operations direction, processes, and service standards
Oversee security monitoring and proactive threat detection
Direct investigation, containment, recovery, and incident reviews
Manage providers, technology partners, and internal relationships
Build, coach,



and develop the security team
Requirements: Degree in cybersecurity, information technology, computer science, engineering, or related field
Minimum 10 years of progressive cybersecurity experience
Experience leading and mentoring cybersecurity teams
Knowledge of threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management
Experience securing complex enterprise and cloud environments
Bring security operations leadership, cyber defense expertise, and incident response experience to BDO’s enterprise security function.
