and discipline as requiredAdhere and implement all applicable company safety standardsMaintain sanitation standardsPromote employee engagement, mission and purposePerforms special projects and other duties as requiredWhat you bring to the table:Minimum of two years' experience in a Retail Support Centre (RSC)Previous experience with Material Handling EquipmentProficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, EXE, SAP and WMS.Post Secondary Diploma/Degree or relevant Work ExperienceFull engagement with colleagues and warehouse staffWell-rounded individual detail oriented with strong organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to meet tight deadlines while ensuring accuracyStrong customer service skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentFamiliarity with the Western and Prairie Road networkSupervise and performance manage a teamMay be required to lift to 50 lbsSitting, walking or standing for long periods of timeFlexible in their schedule working days, evening or nights as all other duties are required
