Monitor water, wastewater, and fuel systems as a Utilities Operator at Sunshine Village in the Canadian Rockies. Maintain safe, uninterrupted resort services.
The Utilities Operator supports domestic water and wastewater treatment for all Resort users and areas. Responsibilities also include propane, gasoline, diesel distribution, facilities, and equipment. You will liaise frequently with Maintenance and other Resort departments while supporting safe, effective utility operations.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain all utility systems continuously
Inspect, troubleshoot, clean, disassemble, and assemble equipment
Administer propane, gasoline, and diesel supply distribution
Complete daily checks, logs, reports, and inventory counts
Report unusual conditions,



incidents, and deficiencies promptly
Requirements: Ability to hike and move easily in alpine environments
Ability to lift 25 kilograms and push or pull 45 kilograms
Ability to climb ladders or inclined stairs up to five metres
Ability to operate machinery, vehicles, and powered tools
CSA-approved safety footwear and possible transportation to resort base
Apply utility monitoring, treatment, distribution, and reporting skills while supporting safe Resort operations at Sunshine Village.
