Lead compliant mining studies for BBA across Western Canada, combining financial modelling, multidisciplinary leadership, and qualified person responsibilities.
As Mining Studies Manager, you will manage studies from preliminary economic assessments through feasibility studies. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior professionals, and develop trusting partner relationships. The position also supports Mining and Metals growth through proposals, presentations, and client development.
Key Responsibilities: Manage concurrent studies and projects against objectives and KPIs
Lead compliant preliminary economic and feasibility studies
Mentor junior Studies team members and share knowledge
Develop proposals and presentations for recent clients




Manage client relationships, expectations, and study delivery
Requirements: More than 15 years of mining industry experience
Professional engineer, technician, or geologist registration
Ability to serve as an overall qualified person
Strong understanding of NI 43-101, JORC, and SK-1300
Excellent English technical writing and communication skills
Bring mining studies leadership, financial modelling, and technical communication expertise to BBA’s multidisciplinary Canadian consulting practice.
