Based in Markham, Ontario, this HR Business Partner role focuses on turning foundational HR structure into scalable, repeatable, practical programs. You will design onboarding, ramp, and development experiences for early-career hires, establish people metrics, coach managers, and support employee relations. The position also partners with business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, and career pathing.
Key Responsibilities: Build scalable onboarding, ramp, and development programs
Establish time-to-hire, ramp, attrition, and engagement metrics
Enable managers through coaching, feedback, and practical guidance




Serve as first contact for workplace concerns
Partner on organizational design and career pathing
Requirements: 3+ years of progressive HR experience
Experience designing onboarding and training programs
Experience coaching managers of first-time professionals
Ability to manage multiple workstreams on tight timelines
Comfort with HRIS, applicant tracking, and people analytics
