Lead complex cost estimating for WSP across Canada, using advanced Excel and bilingual communication to support major capital projects.
Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will support WSP’s national Energy, Resources and Industry Project Controls team. This senior position covers industrial, mining, oil and gas, and power generation projects across their lifecycles. Your work will guide cost certainty, informed decisions, and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and refine estimating models for complex projects
Deliver CAPEX, OPEX, owner-cost, and construction estimates
Assess changes, claims, delays, risks, and material requirements
Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and stakeholders




Mentor junior estimators and share consistent estimating methods
Requirements: Extensive estimating experience on complex capital projects
Advanced CAPEX, OPEX, owner-cost, and construction estimating ability
Advanced Microsoft Excel and practical Microsoft Office proficiency
Experience reviewing scopes, specifications, claims, and benchmark information
Skilled fluency in English and French
