As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the product line lifecycle from strategy and roadmap through delivery, launch, and adoption. You will define customer outcomes, write accurate requirements, and guide decisions across engineering, UX, Sales, Support, and Marketing. Your work will cover APIs, data, integrations, and system architecture.
Key Responsibilities: Own product strategy, roadmap, delivery, launch, and adoption
Define customer problems, outcomes, priorities, and product requirements
Assess APIs, data, integrations, dependencies, and architecture at scale
Partner with engineering and UX on product feature decisions




Support customer engagements, demonstrations, briefings, and conferences
Requirements: At least four years managing enterprise software or SaaS products
Technical foundation covering APIs, data, and system architecture
Working knowledge of REST APIs, databases, Azure, and AWS
Understanding of security, authentication, certificates, encryption, SSO, SAML, and OAuth
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
Bring product leadership, technical judgment, and clear communication to SOTI’s enterprise mobile and IoT management solutions.
