This Director of Care manages the nursing department and resident care services, with accountability to the Administrator. You will build a strong nursing team and manage resources in the nursing envelope. Care delivery must reflect legislative requirements and Sienna Senior Living standards.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee overall nursing department management
Manage resident care services
Develop and strengthen the nursing team
Apply effective nursing resource management
Support the transition to the recent development
Requirements: Ability to ensure optimal care and service delivery
Understanding of legislative care requirements
Ability to follow Sienna Senior Living standards
Commitment to resident-focused nursing leadership
Responsibility for health and safety policy compliance
Bring nursing leadership and resource management to NYG’s Seniors’ Health Centre while preparing care services for long-term development.
