Support full-cycle human resources operations at Celestica’s Newmarket manufacturing site, using employee relations and performance management expertise independently.
This Human Resources Generalist provides hands-on support for people initiatives, internal customer service, and process improvement. The role advises managers on policies, employee development, workforce planning, and employee relations. It also partners with Corporate Human Resources on programs, change management, and site feedback.
Key Responsibilities: Provide full-cycle Human Resources support for the manufacturing site
Advise managers on policies, development, and employee relations
Support corporate programs, pilots, rollouts, and change management
Lead site engagement and culture-building activities




Monitor compliance with employment laws and regulations
Requirements: Three to five years of progressive Human Resources experience
Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Human Resources
In-depth knowledge of applicable provincial and federal labour laws
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Working toward or holding CHRP or CHRL designation
Bring employee relations, performance management, and independent Human Resources support to Celestica’s Newmarket manufacturing operation.
