Key Responsibilities: Ensure exceptional customer experiences across store departments
Support merchandising, displays, and sales-focused store presentation
Direct staff according to anticipated department volumes
Observe policy and procedure compliance throughout operations

Requirements: Five-plus years in a management position
Experience managing budgets and financials
Demonstrated operational execution skills
Versatile availability for mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
