As Contracts Manager for Scarborough Transit Connect, you will support the Stations, Rails and Systems package for Metrolinx. The role focuses on variation management across a large-scale transportation infrastructure project. You will assess commercial impacts, maintain contractual compliance, and support accurate forecasting, reporting, and budget management.
Key Responsibilities: Track project variations and confirm compliance with contractual terms
Oversee variation estimates and forecast their issuance
Assess impacts with leadership, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
Coordinate cost forecasting and budget management with cost teams
Maintain variation records, reports, plans, and resolution updates
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
Eight to ten years’ construction experience on large infrastructure projects
Three to five years’ commercial contract or change management experience
Familiarity with estimating, schedule analysis, contracts, and contract law
Solid analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
