Teneo’s Financial Advisory team supports boards, management teams, lenders, and shareholders through underperformance and distress. As a Senior Consultant, you will contribute to restructuring engagements while developing client relationships, technical expertise, and leadership capabilities. The Toronto team works within Teneo’s expanding Canadian Financial Advisory platform.
Key Responsibilities: Contribute to financial restructuring engagements and manage junior staff
Produce high-quality deliverables within planned timescales
Develop distinctive client relationships and support presentations
Apply engagement economics, risk,



and quality management knowledge
Contribute to business development, research, and marketing events
Requirements: Strong academic background at degree level
Qualified accountant, CPA or equivalent, time and exam qualified
Analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office packages
Restructuring, insolvency, or transferable professional services experience
Solid communication skills and willingness to work under pressure
