This Field Maintenance Supervisor role supports Labrador City operations through disciplined work execution and team development. Reporting to the Field Maintenance Superintendent, you will coordinate maintenance and operational teams, confirm job readiness, and improve productivity, quality, and equipment reliability. Experience in mining, processing, manufacturing, or another safety-critical industrial setting is relevant.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate shift activities and field maintenance work safely
Confirm job scope, materials, readiness, and completed work feedback
Resolve maintenance issues with operational customers and employees




Maintain continuous improvement across field maintenance activities
Support safety talks, inspections, observations, and incident investigations
Requirements: Demonstrated maintenance or production supervision experience
Experience in a safety-critical industrial workplace
Planned maintenance and breakdown response coordination experience
Unionized operational environment experience
Trade, technical, or equivalent relevant practical experience
