This Senior Estimator will manage projects from early budgeting through tender submission. The work covers commercial, institutional, healthcare, education, recreational, museum, retail, and other ICI developments. You will support a growing preconstruction team while coordinating with operations, consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare quantity take-offs and detailed cost estimates
Lead hard-bid and design-build tenders
Manage subcontractor pricing, scopes, and bid evaluations
Produce conceptual budgets and preconstruction estimates




Identify value engineering opportunities and mentor junior estimators
Requirements: Seven or more years estimating commercial or ICI projects
Robust quantity take-off and cost planning experience
Experience with hard-bid and design-build procurement
Excellent subcontractor and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple tenders and communicate commercially
Bring senior estimating, tender leadership, and stakeholder management expertise to ICI preconstruction in Vancouver or Victoria.
