This manager oversees the shared service team processing FIBRS business rules transactions. As the subject matter expert, you will work with business partners on requirements and enhancements related to FIBRS rules. You will also validate recurring reports, support testing, and strengthen knowledge sharing across the team.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee shared service transactions involving FIBRS business rules
Drive opportunities for Finance System improvements and efficiencies
Validate weekly and monthly FIBRS reports for accuracy
Provide UAT results to clients for signoff




Contribute knowledge content and support cross-training activities
Requirements: Previous knowledge of RBC finance systems and tools
Robust Excel proficiency including Pivot tables and VB lookups
Detail-oriented analytical approach with independent work capability
