The Director of Real Estate represents Broccolini across Ottawa and Eastern Ontario. You will evaluate land and asset opportunities, source investments, negotiate LOIs and PSAs, and guide strategic leasing. The role also advises senior leadership and supports long-term market planning.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain current knowledge of Ottawa’s real estate market
Build trusted broker relationships and sustain deal flow
Evaluate opportunities through preliminary underwriting and feasibility assessments
Source, negotiate, and execute land investment opportunities




Manage due diligence with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements: University degree in real estate, business, finance, or related field
Minimum 10 years’ real estate experience in acquisitions or development
Established Ottawa brokerage and investment community network
Robust financial acumen and underwriting experience
English and French communication skills
Bring acquisition leadership, financial insight, and Ottawa market relationships to Broccolini’s real estate growth strategy.
