As a mid-level AWP Planner, you will coordinate planning, control, integration, and completion of engineering within defined scopes. You will develop schedules and associated documents from conceptual planning through construction, while supporting project documentation and Construction Work Packages. The position also involves stakeholder communication, risk identification, and multidisciplinary program integration.
Key Responsibilities: Provide detailed planning and scheduling for larger projects
Maintain schedules and associated project documentation
Lead construction project planning from initiation through completion
Guide multidisciplinary teams across asset lifecycle phases
Report progress and raise issues with project leadership
Requirements: Seven or more years of relevant project experience
At least three to five years of AWP experience
Knowledge of construction engineering technology, codes, and standards
Familiarity with cost control methods and Earned Value Management
Strong organization, communication, and time management skills
Use scheduling, AWP, and project controls capabilities to coordinate Ganotec’s industrial projects through engineering and construction.
