Key Responsibilities: Review project plans and specifications for estimating requirements
Perform quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimates
Solicit and analyze subcontractor and supplier quotations




Prepare tender submissions and support bidding strategies
Update cost databases and contribute to value engineering
Requirements: Expertise estimating commercial and institutional construction projects
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
Proficiency with Bluebeam, Excel, and estimating software
Solid analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities
Post-secondary education or equivalent practical experience
