Drive financial reporting accuracy as an Accountant with Lush in Vancouver, using reconciliations and variance analysis in a hybrid role. Support accounting operations across North America.
This full-time Accountant supports Lush Handmade Cosmetics and its Accounting and Finance teams. You will prepare journal entries, reconcile general ledger accounts, and contribute to month-end close activities. The work spans Digital, Retail, Manufacturing, and Admin/Corporate business streams across North America. You will also maintain variance review files, support financial statements, and help ensure compliance requirements are fulfilled accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly reporting journal entries and general ledger reconciliations
Perform variance analysis against the month-end close calendar




Maintain monthly variance review files and GL account mapping
Reconcile prepaids, operating expenses, deposits, and retail inventory
Support audits through documentation and cross-department coordination
Requirements: CPA designation or enrollment in the CPA PEP program
Three or more years of accounting experience
Month-end close experience in a multi-entity setting
Lease accounting experience
Ability to multitask and prioritize under time pressure
Bring accounting experience, reporting discipline, and reconciliation expertise to Lush’s hybrid Vancouver finance team.
