Lead economic development and tourism initiatives in Grovedale, Alberta, advancing investment readiness, business growth, and regional partnerships for Greenview.
Reporting to the Director, Planning and Economic Development, this Manager leads the Economic Development and Tourism team. The work supports municipal priorities, legislation, and Council’s strategic direction. It also promotes Greenview as a destination for tourism, recreation, and economic chance.
Key Responsibilities: Advance economic growth, investment readiness, and business retention
Oversee Tourism and Interpretive Centers and Airports
Strengthen partnerships with businesses, communities, and government agencies
Lead economic development and tourism communications and marketing




Support Greenview Industrial Gateway and regional initiatives
Requirements: Leadership of an Economic Development and Tourism team
Ability to align initiatives with municipal priorities
Experience maintaining external stakeholder relationships
Ability to support local business and investment growth
Capacity to advance tourism and community development initiatives
Shape Greenview’s economic future through tourism development, investment readiness, business growth, and collaborative regional leadership.
