Drive financial planning and business performance for Hall Mechanical Services through budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting. The position serves Lower Mainland of BC residents.
Reporting directly to the President, this Manager supports annual budgeting, business planning, strategic initiatives, and performance analysis. You will develop dashboards, KPIs, scenario modelling, and recommendations for workforce planning, capital investment, resource allocation, and growth. Collaboration spans Operations, Project Management, Finance, and executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Support annual budgeting and business planning initiatives
Develop KPIs, dashboards, and executive performance reporting
Analyze trends, operational results, risks, and opportunities




Prepare scenario modelling and recommendations for executives
Provide analysis for investment and resource allocation decisions
Requirements: Minimum seven years of progressive experience in relevant fields
Experience developing budgets, forecasts, reports, and performance processes
Education in accounting, finance, business, or related discipline
Solid financial analysis and commercial judgment
Ability to communicate complex information clearly
Bring budgeting, business planning, dashboards, and performance analysis expertise to Hall Mechanical Services’ financial leadership team.
