Requirements: Five to ten years of trades operations work experience
Five years supervising or managing skilled trades operations
Ability to develop and implement processes
Ability to influence, persuade, and negotiate
Community college diploma or equivalent training
Use service delivery, process development, and cost-control expertise to strengthen regional technician operations at BGIS.
