This senior manager develops and leads initiatives spanning all sites. The mandate includes software implementation, SOP modernization, safety governance, and performance analysis. You will partner with the VP H&S;, advise operations leaders, and build frontline capability through training and certification programs.
Key Responsibilities: Lead enterprise rollout of current safety management software
Standardize SOPs for federal and provincial compliance
Monitor safety indicators and report performance
Lead hazard assessment and corrective-action tracking




Develop emergency preparedness and crisis-response planning
Requirements: Seven to nine years of health and safety experience
In-depth federal and provincial OHS legislation knowledge
Enterprise software implementation and change management experience
Incident investigation and risk assessment capabilities
Degree in Engineering or health and safety; CRSP an asset
Bring strategic leadership, safety analytics, compliance expertise, and change management experience to Maple Leaf Foods’ enterprise network.
