The Warehouse Team Lead supports supervisors while addressing safety, employee relations, and operational concerns. You will coordinate workflow, oversee fulfillment or receiving, respond to inquiries, and identify process improvements. The role also includes training employees on safety protocols and supporting outbound activities.
Key Responsibilities: Back up supervisors and address warehouse safety or operational concerns
Coordinate workflow, asset utilization, and seamless shift handovers
Verify product accuracy, packaging, and shipment preparation
Resolve product location,



equipment, customer, and internal inquiries
Support picking, staging, loading, training, and safety walks
Requirements: High School diploma or GED equivalent
Two or more years in logistics or distribution
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Aptitude for mathematical operations and numerical analysis
Ability to lift 25–50 pounds frequently and operate forklifts
Bring warehouse leadership, fulfillment coordination, safety advocacy, and inventory skills to Marks Supply’s Ontario operations.
