As Senior Manager, Inventory Accounting, you will oversee retail inventory accounting, reporting, controls, compliance, insurance, and team leadership. Your work will cover month-end close, provisions, margins, markdowns, vendor rebates, forecasts, dashboards, and inventory analysis. You will coach five analysts while supporting national teams across Canada.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the full inventory accounting cycle
Produce forecasts and optimize Power BI dashboards
Direct physical inventory counts across stores
Maintain NI 52-109 documentation and support audits
Coach and develop five analysts
Requirements: University degree in Accounting or Finance
Ten-plus years of relevant experience
Specialized inventory management and team leadership experience
ERP proficiency, advanced Excel, and Power BI experience
French and English fluency, with IFRS knowledge
