Key Responsibilities: Lead secure, productive shovel maintenance and outage execution
Oversee component, undercarriage, track frame, and bucket change-outs
Coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance, and fleet lube checks
Lead toolbox talks, JSAs, FLHAs, and safety enforcement
Manage schedules, time reporting, and maintenance progress tracking




Requirements: Journey-certified Heavy Duty Mechanic, HET, or Millwright
Inter-provincial Red Seal and JM Off Road or Millwright Ticket
Three to five years of heavy equipment or shovel maintenance experience
Supervisory or lead-hand experience with mining maintenance crews
Valid license, clean abstract, mandatory safety tickets, and site eligibility
