Guardian Veterinary Centre seeks a Board Certified Criticalist for its small animal specialty and emergency referral centre. The hospital includes Surgery, Internal Medicine, and an established Emergency Department. This opportunity serves referrals across Northern Alberta, Northern British Columbia, Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.
Key Responsibilities: Provide critical care within a 24-hour specialty referral centre
Support emergency and specialty veterinary healthcare services
Manage multiple caseloads in a referral hospital
Practice cooperative,



team-based medicine with colleagues
Communicate with clients and the referral community
Requirements: Board Certified or residency trained and board eligible
Eligible for veterinary licensure in Alberta
Previous experience handling multiple caseloads
Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills
Excellent communication skills with colleagues and clients
