Support financial reporting as an Accountant with Lush Cosmetics North America in a hybrid Vancouver role focused on reconciliations and month-end close.
Reporting to the Accounting Manager, this full time position supports monthly and annual financial statements across North American business streams. You will manage general ledger reconciliations, lease accounting, accruals, and compliance activities. The role serves Digital, Retail, Manufacturing, and Admin/Corporate operations while supporting shared accounting practices.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare journal entries and monthly financial reporting
Reconcile general ledger accounts and analyze variances
Manage prepaid entries, accruals, and channel reclasses




Maintain variance review files and GL account mapping
Support audits and accounting control procedures
Requirements: CPA designation or enrollment in the CPA PEP program
Three or more years of accounting experience
Month-end close experience in a multi-entity environment
Lease accounting experience
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under time pressure
Bring financial reporting, reconciliation, lease accounting, and compliance experience to Lush’s Vancouver finance team.
