As Traugott’s Senior Project Manager, you will oversee multiple construction projects and present updates to clients, stakeholders, and project teams. The position emphasizes construction cost reports, forecasts, profitability, subtrade pricing, and project schedules. High rise condominium experience and management of projects valued at $50m–$100m+ are required.
Key Responsibilities: Create, monitor, and report project schedules, costs, margins, and profitability
Prepare construction cost reports and forecasts, identifying risks and mitigation plans
Evaluate subtrade pricing and negotiate subcontract prices
Review estimates, job costs,



materials, methods, and building performance
Develop cost-saving methods and manage project closeouts
Requirements: Minimum 10 years of progressive project management experience
High rise condominium experience is required
Experience managing projects valued at $50m–$100m+
Analytical, detail-oriented, time management, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS applications; PROCORE experience is an asset
Use construction cost reporting, subtrade negotiation, scheduling, and risk planning skills to manage Traugott condominium projects.
