As Office Manager, you will support EBC’s Buildings and Civil divisions while coordinating office culture, front-of-house hospitality, and daily operations. The position combines facilities coordination, purchasing, events, and administrative finance support. You will help employees, clients, partners, candidates, and visitors feel welcomed, connected, supported, and valued throughout their experience.
Key Responsibilities: Champion EBC’s culture, values, and workplace experience
Welcome visitors and coordinate arrivals with EBC teams
Plan events, celebrations, meetings, and engagement activities
Oversee office operations, records, correspondence,



and meeting spaces
Coordinate facilities, vendors, purchasing, inventory, and invoices
Requirements: Two to five years of relevant office management experience
Professional office experience; construction experience is an asset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, and business applications
Robust organization, communication, planning, and time-management skills
French and English bilingualism is an asset
Represent EBC through thoughtful workplace coordination, exceptional hospitality, employee events, and detail-focused office management in Toronto.
