This experienced Commercial Litigation Associate role suits lawyers with 2 to 6 years handling civil and commercial litigation matters. You will represent domestic and international clients across oil and gas, construction law, corporate governance, securities, shareholder activism, product liability, and professional liability. The practice offers broad commercial litigation exposure within a national platform.
Key Responsibilities: Represent domestic and international clients in commercial litigation matters
Work on civil litigation, arbitrations, and alternative dispute resolution
Handle matters involving oil and gas and construction law
Address corporate governance, securities, and shareholder activism matters
Work on product and professional liability matters
Requirements: Two to six years of relevant experience
Law degree and Alberta Law Society membership in positive standing
Excellent academic credentials and desire to do excellent work
Strong analytical, drafting, and technical legal knowledge
Excellent interpersonal, client service, organizational, and project management skills
