Develop and improve AI agents for Gorgias Sales and Marketing workflows using prompt design, APIs, and automation tools. Production ownership is central.
This GTM Engineer role focuses on turning manual go-to-market processes into reviewed agents. You will build lead and account workflows, connect systems through n8n, Clay, or custom code, and help business teams supervise outputs. The work spans Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships.
Key Responsibilities: Connect agents with APIs, n8n, Clay, and custom workflows
Maintain outbound reply, audience, call-list, and event workflows
Design flows with BDRs, AEs, and Customer Success teams
Train users to supervise agent outputs and exceptions




Document edge cases and flag workflow breakages early
Requirements: Passion for AI coding harnesses such as Claude Code or Conductor
Three or more years in technical GTM, RevOps, or growth engineering
Experience reviewing LLM output quality and building custom agents
Working knowledge of Cargo, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar tools
Ownership from workflow idea through live agent delivery
Bring AI development, workflow automation, and business collaboration skills to Gorgias’s production GTM agent systems.
