You will connect bowling centres with Support and Leadership teams while advancing collaboration, growth, and company values. The work includes commercial metrics, business plans, and operational alignment.
Key Responsibilities: Drive regional revenue, expense, and profitability performance
Review monthly P&L; results and implement corrective actions
Evaluate centres using KPIs, audits, and business plans
Promote guest service through mystery shops and feedback

Requirements: Five to seven years of multi-site operational experience
Hospitality, entertainment, or high-volume food and beverage background
Robust leadership and coaching abilities
Microsoft Office proficiency and POS familiarity
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
