Key Responsibilities: Maintain and continuously improve the Safety Management System
Coach Construction Safety Officers and project teams
Lead investigations and close corrective actions
Develop training, onboarding,



and certification programs
Analyze metrics, audits, and performance trends
Requirements: Seven-plus years of progressive construction HSE experience
Occupational Health and Safety certificate or diploma
Completed CSO or NCSO construction safety training
Knowledge of Canadian and Ontario OHS legislation
Valid driver’s license and regular Ontario travel availability
