This senior engineering position focuses on fiber optic network design, deployment, expansion, and maintenance. You will develop network architectures, plan projects, and protect capacity and reliability. The work includes optical transport technologies, network planning, IP fundamentals, and transport network architectures.
Key Responsibilities: Lead PON, DWDM, and dark fiber network architecture
Develop project plans, scopes, and technical specifications
Evaluate emerging fiber optic technologies and solutions
Maintain GIS mapping and network inventory documentation
Ensure standards, safety,



and environmental policy compliance
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in electrical or telecommunications engineering
Minimum six years of fiber network engineering experience
Expertise in DWDM, OTN, PON, and optical safety
Experience with network design software and GIS tools
Proven leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
