As Lead Estimator, you will guide estimating through construction stages and contribute to Linesight’s project and cost management consultancy. The work covers estimating processes, initial cost plans, benchmarking, change order estimates, and client cost analysis. You will support technical projects in pharmaceutical, life sciences, petrochemical, industrial, or manufacturing sectors while building trusted relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Lead estimating through project construction stages
Manage project team, contractor, and client relationships
Develop robust estimating processes and systems




Own external contractor bid analysis
Provide updates and quality controls on estimate deliverables
Requirements: Over 15 years of estimating experience
Sector experience in technical industrial environments
Proficiency across estimating stages and peer reviews
Experience with project benchmarking in highly technical facilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills
