Reporting to the Director, GTM People Partners, you will partner with executive leadership and Sales leaders. The role combines organizational strategy, talent management, compensation programs, retention strategies, and creative problem-solving. You will also collaborate with Regional People Partners, Program Managers, and Centers of Excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Align talent priorities with Sales and GTM business outcomes
Diagnose organizational needs and recommend business-aligned solutions
Drive talent, compensation, reward, and retention programs
Partner across the People function on strategic solutions




Embed Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales
Requirements: Three or more years of relevant People Operations experience
Experience partnering with go-to-market teams or broader People functions
Experience using AI tools to improve your work
Robust analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving abilities
Communication, consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills
Bring strategic partnership, talent management, and analytical problem-solving skills to Samsara’s Canadian GTM organization.
