This Care Partner position serves over 100 residents within Samaritan Place, an Emmanuel Health organization. You will encourage optimum functioning through personal care and daily living activities. The work supports residents’ physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs through resident-directed care.
Key Responsibilities: Encourage residents’ optimum level of functioning
Provide personal care according to resident needs
Assist with activities of daily living
Support physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs
Requirements: Continuing Care Assistant training from Saskatchewan Polytechnic
Equivalent program qualification may meet the requirement
Complete required education within two years if conditionally hired
Empathetic and team-oriented approach
Belief in resident-directed care philosophy
Apply continuing care education and resident-directed support while serving Samaritan Place residents during evening shifts.
