As Director, PLA Program & Manufacturer Partnerships, you will report to the Assistant Vice-President, Pharmaceutical Perks & Innovation. You will strengthen the PLA program, manage agreements, and lead strategic negotiations with pharmaceutical manufacturers. Your work will connect partnership development, regulatory requirements, and measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Strengthen internal and external PLA program partnerships
Identify opportunities to improve program value
Ensure agreements remain competitive and regulatory compliant




Manage strategic manufacturer discussions and agreement implementation
Lead working groups and steering committees when required
Requirements: Strategic vision translated into actionable measurable initiatives
Proven complex negotiation and partnership leadership abilities
Proficiency reviewing binding legal agreements
Solid product development and project management knowledge
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Bring partnership strategy, agreement management, and negotiation capability to Sun Life’s evolving PLA program and pharmaceutical relationships.
