This Creative Services Coordinator role supports junior-level graphic design, production, creative operations, and digital asset management. You will create social graphics, email materials, digital ads, presentations, brochures, and other branded assets. The position also includes HTML5 ads, basic motion, file preparation, and DAM maintenance.
Key Responsibilities: Design branded materials for digital and print channels
Build HTML5 digital ads using Hype software
Prepare accurate, print production-ready files
Maintain the Digital Asset Management platform
Manage Creative Services inbox requests and inquiries
Requirements: Recognized graphic design program diploma or degree
Strong portfolio across print, digital, and motion design
Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
Hype and Microsoft Office proficiency
Ability to work hybrid at least two office days weekly
