Restoration operations leadership combines emergency response coordination, project controls, and field accountability across time-sensitive assignments and active sites.
The Operations Manager directs restoration and related project operations from assignment through completion, while coaching Project Managers and supporting site teams. Responsibilities include readiness, approvals, scheduling, documentation, client communication, billing preparation, risk escalation, and closeout. The role also maintains CAT readiness and leads assigned operational areas when a CAT is declared.
Key Responsibilities: Activate approved CAT plans, confirming roles, resources, priorities, and coverage
Check work authorization and production readiness before work proceeds
Triage vendor escalations and assign owners, actions, dates, and recovery plans
Require daily updates, complete records, photos,



approvals, and signed COS
Coordinate inspections, deficiencies, corrective actions, and verified follow-through
Requirements: Experience managing restoration, emergency response, or related project operations
Robust understanding of field execution, safety, quality, and compliance
Ability to interpret scopes, estimates, contracts, drawings, and site documentation
Ability to manage competing priorities and time-sensitive issues
Knowledge of insurance restoration, carrier guidelines, SLAs, or IPAC preferred
Apply restoration operations expertise, CAT readiness, documentation discipline, and risk resolution to dependable project delivery.
