Reporting to the Store Manager, the Operations Team Lead manages daily store operations supporting sales and profitability. The work spans shipment processing, replenishment, E-comm fulfillment, markdowns, and merchandising. You will help maintain brand and visual presentation standards.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain organized stockroom operations
Process shipments and replenish the sales floor
Fulfill E-comm orders accurately
Complete markdowns and merchandising activities
Support inventory management and customer satisfaction
Requirements: High school diploma
Six months’ stockroom or inventory management experience
Passion for fashion, organization, and detail
Effective time management across multiple tasks
Versatile availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
