Drive client strategy through advanced statistical analysis and actionable insights as a Client Data Analyst II at Mosaic. This is a full time corporate position.
As a Client Data Analyst II, you will partner with clients and teams to strengthen measurement and field team success. The work applies Python, R, SQL, and visualization tools across complex datasets. You will support sales and marketing objectives through experiments, modeling, and data driven recommendations.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze complex datasets using advanced statistical methods
Develop measurement frameworks, KPIs, and analytical methodologies
Design and interpret A/B and multivariate experiments
Build models for customer behavior and sales performance
Communicate insights and recommendations to diverse audiences
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
Three to five years of relevant experience
Proficiency in Python, R, SPSS, or statistical software
Intermediate to advanced SQL skills
Experience translating findings into business recommendations
Apply advanced analytics, experimentation, and client partnership to advance Mosaic’s data driven marketing programs.
