Key Responsibilities: Answer business questions about content performance and engagement
Measure courses, credentials, and programs against company objectives
Investigate complex data issues and improve analyses




Connect insights with financial and operational priorities
Automate analysis processes using generative AI tools
Requirements: Five or more years of relevant analytics experience
Business intelligence, visualization, SQL, and statistical software experience
Ability to create transparent actionable recommendations
Cross-functional experience with data and business teams
Educational technology experience preferred
