This Transaction Technician position focuses on mutual fund and segregated fund processing within established service standards. You will analyze reports, complete reconciliations, handle adjustments, and manage correspondence or complaints referred to the team. Knowledge of financial services products is an asset.
Key Responsibilities: Process mutual fund and segregated fund transactions accurately
Manage purchases and systematic withdrawals across transaction processes
Review reports and reconciliations for control measure compliance
Resolve complex files, adjustments, correspondence, and referred complaints




Collaborate on administrative procedure development and implementation
Requirements: College diploma in Financial Services, Business Administration, or related discipline
At least two years of relevant experience
Knowledge of mutual funds and financial services products is advantageous
Accounting and taxation knowledge is a solid asset
Comfort with technology and full English-French bilingual communication
