Key Responsibilities: Deliver therapy within established community health care plans
Provide qualified treatment in patients' homes and communities
Assist with speech therapy and linguistics treatment plans
Collaborate on time-specific, measurable patient goals
Monitor and report changes in health status
Requirements: Master's degree or equivalent in Speech-Language Pathology
Degree from a recognized university
Current unrestricted Ontario practice license
Registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathology of Ontario
Current First Aid Certificate
