Lead modular construction projects with strategic planning, risk management, and client communication while delivering quality and safety outcomes.
Reporting to the Director, Projects, the Project Manager leads planning, execution, and delivery for modular construction projects. The role manages cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders through design and construction phases. Success requires construction knowledge, financial oversight, and proactive risk management.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver projects meeting cost, quality, schedule, and HSE targets
Lead teams across contractual scope, drawings, and specifications
Manage client communication and customer satisfaction
Develop budgets, schedules, resources, and risk strategies




Monitor critical materials, schedules, and project performance
Requirements: Minimum eight years of project management experience
Experience with ICI construction projects valued at $20M or more
Engineering degree or diploma in a related field
Knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and regulations
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, including MS Project
Apply construction leadership, financial reporting, and risk management expertise to deliver modular projects safely and successfully.
